The accommodation provider provides accommodation and accommodation-related services to guests on the basis of the terms and conditions through its website, other booking systems such as booking.com and advertising materials.

The offer is valid under the terms and for the period of time stated therein, and the accommodation provider reserves the right to unilaterally change or specify the specific terms of the offer before the conclusion of the accommodation contract. The price of the service provided is specified in the current price list.

The offer and conditions shall be deemed binding by the accommodation provider only upon receipt of written or electronic acquaintance with the defined specific terms and conditions of the offer according to the client's inquiry sent via an electronic form placed on the accommodation provider's website or other website used by the accommodation provider or upon other delivery of the inquiry by the client, whereby the accommodation provider shall define the time limit for acceptance by the client, including the calculation of the price of accommodation and services, payment terms and payment instructions, which shall be sent after receipt of the inquiry for accommodation and services. If the order is made through the booking.com reservation system, the terms and conditions published on this website shall apply.

The accommodation contract is concluded at the moment when the accommodation provider delivers a written or electronic confirmation of the reservation to the client, which contains in particular the following data: contact details of the accommodation provider, contact details of the client, arrival date, departure date, number of nights, number of persons and payment instructions, prices of accommodation and services. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, the accommodation provider undertakes to provide the accommodation and services to the client in the scope and under the conditions specified in the booking confirmation and the client undertakes to pay the accommodation and services to the accommodation provider in the manner and under the conditions specified in the booking confirmation. The client also agrees to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions of the accommodation contract and the accommodation rules.

Cancellation fees for cancellations:

• In case of cancellation after the reservation is made, the client will pay 50% of the total selling price.

• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the agreed arrival date, the client will pay 100% of the total sale price.

The guest shall provide all payments agreed in the accommodation contract in cash or non-cash to the bank account of the accommodation provider or intermediary, the number and variable symbol of which is communicated to the client in writing.

The cost of the means of distance communication shall be determined by the providers of the means of distance communication and shall not differ from the basic rate.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, is responsible for handling consumer complaints.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, guests staying at the accommodation as consumers do not have the right to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the accommodation provider provides the performance within the specified time.

The relationship between the accommodation provider and the accommodated client is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
